Encountering the Heart of Jesus: Sacrifice

This Sunday we continue our Holy Week Journey with a remembrance of the Last Supper and Jesus’ agony in the Garden of Gethsemane. Jesus displayed his heart of sacrifice by willingly laying down his life. But before there was a willingness to sacrifice, Jesus willingly surrendered to his Father’s plan. We all surrender to something. What are you surrendering to? What would it mean for you to be willing to make the sacrifice to surrender to our Father’s will too?
