The Opportunity
The Executive Director will serve as the chief operations officer, supervising the administrative, building, financial, and human resource functions of Troy Methodist Church and work alongside the Senior Pastor, Church Council, and other staff and volunteers to reach our vision.

- Staff Leadership: Supervise and empower custodial and administrative staff, providing support, facilitating evaluations, and cultivating a healthy team culture.
- Operations & Administration: Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the church, including facilities management and administrative functions.
- Finance & Human Resources: Oversee church books, budgets, HR functions, and related policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Character/Spiritual Maturity: A committed, spiritually mature Christian in full agreement with our church's membership covenant, who views administrative and managerial work as a ministry.
- Experience: Preferred familiarity with management practices, administration, finances, and volunteer or staff leadership.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership and management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead staff and volunteer teams. Must be a humble, teachable, and collaborative leader.
- Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, financial, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in standard office, communication, and financial software is required.
