ABIDE: Transformed by the Light

This Sunday we continue with our series “Abide” based on 1 John. As Christ-followers, we are called to “walk in light” because God is light (1:5). John contrasting new and old, light and dark, love and hate. There are two concepts John is trying to emphasize to his readers by declaring that God is light. The first is the holiness of God. The second is revealing nature of God.
