Long Story Short: Israel

Join us this Sunday for Act 3 of the Long Story Short series, where we will be learning about God’s rescue plan for a broken world: Israel. To address the sin and death that entered creation through the Fall, God called an unlikely family to be His people, His elect – not just for themselves, but for the sake of the entire world!

From Abraham to Jacob, from Egypt to the Promised Land, from kings to prophets, and from exile to return, God’s people Israel wrestled with God and with man to live up to the covenant that God made with them. As we remember how they both succeeded and failed, we will learn about the distinctives of what it means to be God’s people – and we will be reminded that even the rescue plan needed rescuing!
